Mildred spent 42 years at the village library and knew absolutely everyone’s business. Whatever you told her, the advice was always the same: “Carry on, love.”
THE DETAILS
A found framed landscape, completely reimagined by Goldie. The original scene has been layered with a wash of watery greens, deep teal, and soft blue, while the frame was given a new life in warm gold paint. The old landscape is still in there. Mildred just helped her carry on, love.
18 × 24 × 0.75 inches.
The frame retains subtle signs of its previous life. See photos for particulars.
